Every JuniSprouts order is packed by hand and shipped from our Texas studio with care. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the day it lands on your doorstep.

Order Processing

We move quickly โ€” most orders are prepared and packed within 12 hours of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates below are counted after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If there's an issue with your shipping address, we'll reach out before sending your order.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our studio, we'll email you a tracking number. If it's been more than 24 hours since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or reach out to us and we'll happily look into it.

Delays, Damages & Lost Packages

Shipping delays

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. During peak seasons or weather events, packages may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help track things down.

Damaged in transit

We pack every order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@junisprouts.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us. For packages that appear lost in transit, reach out and we'll work with you toward a resolution.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address once they've shipped, so a quick review before you order saves everyone the headache.
