We want every JuniSprouts toy to feel just right in your home. If something isn't the perfect fit, you have a generous 60 days to send it back โ€” no stress, no fuss.

Our Return Promise

Choosing the right toy for a growing little one isn't always easy from a screen. That's why we offer a full 60-day return window โ€” plenty of time to make sure it's the right match for your family or the child you're gifting.

Return Window & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • In new, unused condition โ€” unplayed with and free of wear.
  • In its original packaging, with all pieces, parts, and accessories included.

Items that show signs of use, are missing parts, or are returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@junisprouts.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  • We'll reply with simple return instructions and the address to send your item back to.
  • Ship it back in its original condition and packaging. We recommend a tracked service so you can follow it home.
  • We'll process your refund once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we're unable to be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund as either store credit or back to your original payment method โ€” whichever you prefer. Just let us know your choice when you reach out.

Refunds are typically processed within 5โ€“10 business days of your return being received. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Prefer an exchange? Just mention it in your email and we'll help you swap for a different toy. We're always happy to help you find the right fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please don't send it back right away โ€” email us at support@junisprouts.com within 30 days with a photo, and we'll make it right.

A Few Exceptions

For safety and fairness, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout).
  • Items that have been used, played with, or are no longer in new, resellable condition.

Bought a gift? If you're returning something you received as a present, reach out and we'll do our best to sort out store credit for you.
