JuniSprouts is operated by KT Novelty LLC, doing business as JuniSprouts. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit junisprouts.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts our store and processes orders
Payment processors — to authorize and complete transactions
Shipping and fulfillment partners — to deliver your order
Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, if you have subscribed to marketing emails
Analytics providers — to help us understand site usage

We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or others. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Children's Privacy

Our products are made for children, but our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our store is not directed to children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@junisprouts.com and we will delete it promptly.

Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate
Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep

Residents of Texas have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights under their own statutes.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@junisprouts.com. We will verify your identity before responding, usually by confirming details of a recent order. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will explain the outcome of that appeal.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message, or email us. Transactional messages about orders you have placed will still be sent.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and warranty questions, and meet tax and accounting obligations — typically seven years. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Website analytics data is retained on a rolling basis, generally no longer than 26 months.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. Payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors and is not stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where Your Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed here. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries. If you access our site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently, such as by email or a notice on our site.
