JuniSprouts ("we," "us," or "our") is an online retailer of toddler toys, wooden toys, Montessori-inspired toys, and early learning products, operated by KT Novelty LLC through our Shopify store at junisprouts.com.

JuniSprouts products are designed for use by children within the age range indicated on each product listing. To keep playtime safe:

Adult supervision is recommended during play, especially for younger children
Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old unless otherwise noted
Inspect products before each use and stop using any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or breakage

You are responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase is appropriate for the child who will use it.

9. Educational & Developmental Claims

Our product descriptions describe how our toys are designed to support skills like fine motor development, focus, problem-solving, sorting, and imaginative play. These descriptions reflect the design intent of each product and are not medical or developmental guarantees. Every child grows at their own pace, and individual results will vary.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photos, illustrations, the JuniSprouts name, the sprout mascot, and the tagline "Smart Play for Little Growing Minds" — is the property of JuniSprouts or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. User Submissions & Reviews

We love hearing from our customers. If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to us or post it about our products on social media, you grant JuniSprouts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where possible.
