Return & Refund Policy
At JuniSprouts, we want every family to feel good about their purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it easy.
Our 60-Day Promise
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund.
What Can Be Returned
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
- Brand new and unopened
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging, with all tags, inserts, and accessories included
- In a condition that allows us to resell the item
We carefully inspect every returned item. Products that show signs of use, missing pieces, damaged packaging, or that are no longer in resale condition may not qualify for a full refund.
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been opened, used, or played with
- Items with damaged or missing original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you — including a prepaid return label if a return is needed, plus a replacement or full refund.
To help us resolve things quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in
Return Shipping
For returns that are not related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at support@junisprouts.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us in its original, unopened condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently process returns as refunds. If you'd like a different product, simply place a new order at any time — we'll process your return refund separately.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Reach out within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to stop it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy above.
Gift Returns
If you received a JuniSprouts item as a gift, you're welcome to return it under the same conditions above. Refunds for gift returns are issued as store credit to the gift recipient.
